So expensive!

I don’t like being charged double for an appt. When my pet is sick or requires immediate attention. This started during covid and I think that additional fee should end.

Dr. Poling & staff are friendly and helpful.

Sec were unaware the office was closed midday until 3 until we showed up to pick up our pet. A reminder when a call is made would be helpful.

I ve taken all my pets to your practice for the past 27 years, but I ve been disappointed in the wait times for appointments in the past 3 years. When your pet is sick, you can t wait a week for them to be seen and this is something that has gotten worse. Unfortunately, I have considered finding another practice, but have hung on and have remained loyal to the Avon Animal Hospital s practice hoping that things will improve. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.

1. I sat in the lobby for 30 min before actually getting put in a room 2. It was quite expensive for coming in and getting told my cat and her 1 baby is completely okay without any tests actually being ran. 75 dollars is alot for literally looking at her, that s it. Mind you she just had 3 still borns 3.my cat came home with a cough and runny nose and she s never been sick before, hopefully it isn t a start of an infection since we were just there.

It was quick and easy. The tech was great.

There should be a follow-up afterwards to let people know that tests came back negative. No news is good news is not customer friendly, especially when a quick email could be sent out stating the results. Thank you!

The lady at the desk was rude upon arrival. I was 10 minutes late due to traffic. She asked that I rebook my appointment. But LAST time I was there it was OK for me to wait 25 minutes in a waiting room to be seen??? ??The Dr quickly examined my pets and never returned for my questions. I dont appreciate that we have to buy our meds through your pharmacy. Thats just greedy!

Jessica is the Absolute Best!!! She takes such great care of Lil Princess and as long as Jessica is still working there I will continue coming to Avon Animal Hospital. :) Thank you so much for everything. :)
