We don t typically see Dr. Olive but she was very pleasant and thoughtful. I appreciate her conservative treatment approach. I also think the candle signifying that a pet is being euthanasized is very compassionate.

I come to this provider for my cat because the vet there that I schedule appointments with is extremely thorough and mindful of my pet s health. I feel like she personally cares for Crystal s issues as much as I do. She has gone the extra steps to make sure Crystal s unusual physical problem received a complete and accurate diagnosis. Thank you!

From the moment that Jessica answered our phone call seeking an appointment, to this morning s 8:28 voice mail from Dr. Olive on her day off, the professional, genuine and compassionate manner in which we (both canine Lizzie and humans Jim/Joni) were handled could not have been any better. The teamwork, attention to detail, top-notch listening skills and extreme patience have not gone un-noticed. This level of customer service is consistent with the three DVM s and staff, as is a valuable forward-thinking approach. e.g. suggesting dental care while our pet was already under for another procedure, taking an extra vial of blood in case further testing was required, etc. In addition, when our pets diagnoses have not been what we wanted to hear and/or we chose your practice for euthanizing, the care and again compassion were there, every step of the way. We continue to recommend your services and are grateful for what you do and how you do it. (Too bad your practice does not accept humans...)

Some staff not friendly and bothered by questions.

We always feel like we are with family when we bring our special little friends for help. Last visit was able to have an appointment on the same day as called. That is really important when there is an emergency (or what we think is an emergency).

I felt very comfortable with the vet s comments concerning the health of our cat. So much so, that we are bringing her back tonight in order to have X-rays taken

Dr Olive was wonderful. We found a lost kitten and not knowing our next step to find it s owner as we foster it, she gave us good advice as well as a little more info on the kitten herself. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgable whenever I call to book an appointment.

Dr.Poling is the best for my pets for many years. Thank God she is still at Avon Animal & Bird Hospital. The staff is always courteousespecially Gwen are wonderful.
