My appointment was at 5:45 did not get in till closer to 6:15. I would suggest that if the appointments are running behind that just let me know that you are running lateand approximately by how much.

Dr Poling is great. She takes her time and examines our Murphy and makes sure if we have any concerns or questions they are answered to our satisfaction. We love her and so does Murphy!

When I came in to return unused cleaning product this morning, three young girls were the only ones there and did not seem familiar with procedures. I am not sure I received the proper refund. The paperwork is unclear.

Would like to see cheaper prices for cat nail trims. It rarely takes longer than five minutes but the price is almost $20!

Needed s last minute shot before boarding my dog and they got me in right away. Staff is so good with animals and explaining what they are doing. They are great!
