Excellent staff! I really appreciate the amount of time and interest each staff member spent with me and my cat, Crystal. The atmosphere is about as low-stress as possible for her, since cats are very sensitive. Now I just have to make appointments for my other three kitties!! See you soon.

I love the facility. Everyone is friendly and professional. I only wish all the veterinarians in Ohio didn t have such high office fees. It makes things a little difficult, especially if you have multiple pets.

My only complaint is that the office staff does not always acknowledge you when you come into the facility. I understand that they are busy with other clients, but they should look up, take your name (allowing you to sit down) and then continue on with their tasks at hand. Otherwise you end up standing at the front awkwardly waiting for someone to look at you and take you name before you can sit down.
