I absolutely love Dr. Poling. She is caring, kind and compassionate. The staff is extra kind bringing a towel sprayed with pheromones for Keepers to keep her calm. These special touches along with the special people keep me coming back. Thank you for all you do for us.

Dr. Poling was wonderful, wish I could say the same about Dr. Olive during my previous visit.

Osiris really loved the receptionist Jessica. She was so good with him. Every one on the staff is amazing and we love bringing our animals (dogs and reptiles) there.

I was very pleased with the gentle way the Dr. handled my cat. He was frightened by all the doggies in the waiting room. I think he loves the towel with what ever you spray on it . He almost smiles!

I would like to thank the staff from the bottom of my heart for how caring and compassionate you were towards both my dog Stryder and my family during our recent visit having to put him to sleep. Dr. Poling is GREAT and takes the time even though she was dealing with an emergency which made us wait a bit. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only suggestion, consider referring to VetSource for possible better price on flea treatment, e.g., Triflexis 6 pack $ 20 less on VetSource. Keep up all the good work you do. Thanks & Peace

I think that as soon as you go into one of the treatment rooms with your pet the door should be closed - it s a little nerve wracking for pets to see everything going on - I think they would be calmer with the door shut. I ve experienced this with several of my pets there (both dogs and cats).

Dr. Martti is wonderful. All the staff was great to work with. Very, very happy.
