I want to thank Kerri for fitting Layla in so fast! Also, I appreciate Kerri for letting me know what to expect to be done, such a bloodwork etc and what to expect as far as the charges for everything. Its nice not to have surprises at the end of the visit. Also, Dr. Oliver was great! She called me to update me on the tests ran. Then called the next day with a diagnosis. She explained everything so well including meds and what to expect from them. She also was very good at creating a game plan for going forward. Thank you again for all you did for us! Paty Jewett

Dr. Oliver was extremely thorough and her assistant named Candace was very kind and helpful. There didn t seem to be enough room in the waiting room. I found it strange that their office furniture is out door furniture and it did not seem very private. You can see their staff working in

Dr Poling is the best !!

I appreciated that Dr. Olive made a real effort to minimize the costs of the visit while still providing the treatment needed.

I went to Animal Northview Clinic for a nail trim for my 8 year old dog. The tech was extremely timid right off the bat. She cut my dogs nails way too short and may 5 of 7 nails bleed until I told her to stop and took my dog out of the room. I called your location and told them the story and that I just needed 2 paws clipped - the lady who answered was sympathetic to my terrible experience, told me to come in right away and they would take care of it. The tech said the nails were cut way too short! THANK YOU!

I ve never had a problem at Avon Animal & Bird Hospital. My pets have always recieved the best care and the fees are reasonable.
