Dr.Poling is an exceptional vet. She makes both the animal and owner feel so at ease. She takes her time with each animal and you never feel rushed.

Dr. Poling did an amazing job with our dog kid. She took her time and reassured us that we were doing all the right things. He just need the medicine now to help him along.

Wow were you guys busy! I ve never seen it quite like that. All of us customers and pets were packed in like sardines in line or in the waiting room. Perhaps your practice has outgrown its current location? Plus kennel seems to be right on top of veterinary care rooms and there is a constant unsettling drone of barking dogs. Main reason I keep coming back is Dr. Poling takes such wonderful care of my cat and spends ample time to examine her and explain treatment to me. She is amazing!

First, I give 5 Stars across the board to all of your questions. Second, thank you for asking for customer input. Is an honor and a pleasure to work with the entire staff at this facility. They are professional, down to earth and kind. That is a wonderful mix in their profession.

I waited in line for 7 minutes before anyone even greeted me. That was disheartening. I requested Dr. Olive & ended up with the older gentleman. Not sure how that happened. I originally came to a clinic but because my dog is small I had to make extra appointments & I get charged every time, however, with the clinic it was one flat fee. I think you should make an exception for the small dogs under 10 pounds.

As always, Avon Animal Hospital does a terrific job. The docs are responsive and caring. The staff is friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I have been taking my animals to Dr. Poling for years. We just love her. I never have any problems getting my dog to go see her. I also just love Jessica. Thanks for all the great care you give my dog.

this vet practice is first-class and an asset to the community. they have treated my standard schnauzer like he was one of their family. the fees and charges are very reasonable, making it easy to keep my pet in great health. dr. poling is an angel, and so is vet tech jessica.

We did have a short wait but don t mind since we are assured the staff, esp Dr Poling, will take their time and not rush you in/out of the room. Dr Poling is amazing and caring- always open to any concerns and willing to offer her advice and help. We are thrilled to have her and the other Drs take care of our Murphy!
