I don t know if this survey worked. Very satisfied with this hospital. I can t say enough about Dr Polling. She is excellent with explaining Sailors systems, what to expect after medicine sets in and a follow up call to seal the deal. thank you all for what you do for our precious pets.

I would like to thank Dr. Putkonen & Dr. Poling along with the entire staff for their understanding of our emotions during the loss of our beloved pets of the past. We will continue to see you for our current furry friend as well as for any 4 legged family members of the future

Everything is great except the wait to check in or out, that s bananas. It s usually a 10-15 minute wait every time. The front desk either needs more help or needs to figure out a way to move things along in a more timely fashion.

I have been a client of your practice for at least 30 years but lately I have noticed that the quality of service has deteriorated. I was told that a prescription for my cat would be called in to my pharmacy, but it never was I have been a client for about 30 years, but lately I have noticed that the service from your office staff has deteriorated. Twice I was told that a prescription would be called in for my cat and it never was. Please don t tell me you re going to do something and then not do it. I think that the doctors are great and that they do a good job caring for my pets, but your office procedures could be improved.

It has always been easy to get an appointment if the situation was not emergent. In this case, however, things were not easy. Jack had suffered a seizure and was crying and in pain. He was confused and couldn t get up. I know you were busy, but making him wait in agony until 3 pm was not easy for any of us. I had called the moment you opened and was in tears because of his situation. Seeing him in such misery and having to try to ease his discomfort for 6 more hours was heart wrenching. He couldn t lay down, he couldn t sleep and even though I doubled his pain medication, it didn t do very much for him. Once we finally got him there everyone was very supportive, we had him for 15 years and his passing should have been easier on him. Other than that, thank you.

Dr. Poling is just fantastic! She is so patient and caring. We appreciate and trust her guidance. I would recommend her to anyone for their pet care needs. Thank you for such attentive service!

We really like Dr. Anita Poling and call her the cat whisperer She always makes our kitty relaxed during his visit. She is so good at calming him down it almost seems like he might take a nap during his exam. :)
