I would rather come in With my pets instead of sitting in the parking lot. I understand I’d need a mask hand sanitizers and shield if you’d like. I don’t know if it was clean and my bill was not explained to me.

The staff that answers the phones does not follow directions very well. When you take your dog to the door for doctor to call you tells you about your dog Dr. Olive was not friendly at all she was very consistent if I don’t like her services she’d be gladly give me my pets records and move on to another vet that is not a good way to run a business at all what made me really sad about going there is

It should not take a 5 week wait to be seen. Especially after being a client for over 30 years

Unsure on the cleanliness of the facility as staff do not allow owners to go in for appointments.

We sat in parking lot for 15 minutes and phone was busy the entire time when we called to pick up our dog. I m not sure how you can improve response time with phone calls.

It is harder and harder to get an appt. I know covid has put restrictions in place and a vet retired but maybe try to get a new vet or let the techs do some of the routine care? It took a month to get my cat in for shots. It took over a month to get my dog in. I love the vets but they do have higher prices than other facilities

She was very thorough and carefully explained everything that was going on with Mabel in great detail. She answered all of my questions and got back to me in a timely manner. I did the mini clinic and love it

My older dog had a bad reaction to her Leptospirosis immunization. She usually does react to all her immunizations. We searched internet and learned that she had all the expected side effects except for anaphylactic shock.(She was in and out so fast, she would have had this reaction while we were driving home). Pharmacists give information sheets with Rx. so people will understand what may occur from their meds. It would be very helpful if vets did the same thing so owners wouldn t have to wonder why their pets are sick or even refuse to get the injections.

You need to update your website to let people know they cannot make appointments online at this time and also to let them know what the procedures presently are for bringing in their pet.

Due to the pandemic, I was not allowed to go in with my dogs. This bothered me. I was not told this ahead of time, nor was I told they would not have an exam.

Had to wait a week to have my pet seen. If I didn’t love you guys so much, I would have considered calling another veterinarian.

Dr. Putkonen was wonderful in his follow up and explanation of what needed to be done at an emergency appointment for our dog. He s very passionate about his profession. Dr. Putkonen took time to make sure the meds prescribed were working and monitored the symptoms by daily phone calls. I felt that even though he was extremely busy handling other emergencies, his focus was always on our conversation in the moment. Thank you for helping our dog, Harrison.
