Due to Covid I was unable to be in the building so I can’t comment on the cleanliness of the building. More information should be shared over the phone about what occurred during the exam and a breakdown of the cost of the visit.

This is my first experience with Dr. Olive and the kind employees that work at Avon Animal and Bird Hospital. They have all been so very helpful and patient with me and with our new rescue who is more than a bit shy. I feel like she (and we!) are in great hands when we visit.

I switched from another vet who really overcharged me and I had a dog who passed away due to diabetes and I had to give her 2 injections a day- no empathy was extended and I knew at that point I would never go back- my bill for 2 overnight stays in a cage with no one there was 800.00 .I feel very comfortable with your clinic. I have a great deal of respect for the professionalism .Thank you

Anita has been the primary care taker for our pets for over 30 ears. She saved two of our animals when they were critical. In this time of Covid protocols she personally came out to my car to talk to me and answer several questions I had posted in a note to her. It was treat to see her and talk to her. She wa,as always upbeat and we talked pleasantly for a few minutes as the old friends we have been.

I am so happy with the friendly courteous staff, the convenient office hours, and Dr. Puling goes above and beyond for her clients - animals & people. I am more than pleased with the personal service that this animal hospital offers for my pet. I would highly recommend them!!!

Would have been nice to know before Cooper s surgery that we needed to have an E collar.

Our dog Lola loves being there. She boards quite a bit and I am very thankful for the love she is shown by the caregivers.

The staff at Avon Animal Hospital are helpful & very friendly. Our pup has anxiety issues and they try to make him as comfortable as possible. On our last visit Kerry came in on her day off to assist with our pup s appointment. She went above and beyond to help our pup feel as comfortable as possible.

My only complaint is when I called to make my appointment, no one told me the office was closed to humans due to the pandemic. My husband and I waited for about 30 minutes with 2 NOT leash friendly dogs until the staff was ready for us.

I thought my dogs appointments went very well… You’re doing an amazing job managing a very difficult situation… I appreciate all that you do for my animals!!

I was somewhat surprised to be charged nearly $20 to weigh my dog and that she was given a bordatella shot w/o a discussion with me. She is never around other dogs.
