Thanks for being open during these COVID times. I appreciate you fitting my dog in and the staff is always very efficient and caring.

Received conflicting info at this appt from all other appts. Spent 8 minutes with my pet and told us they can’t help us, go somewhere else but charged us $46. Then two days later sent email stating my pet needed a physical. Will not be returning after coming there for 8 years.

Wish I could have been present. I even brought PPE.

Love your office, especially the kind and competent care Dr. Poling offers. One suggestion, it would be nice if you posted the full revised procedure for visits during Covid-19 online. Certain things were posted but not the fact clients couldn t enter the office to drop off or even to see the vet personally. I carried 2 heavy carriers to the door only to find a note that I couldn t enter. So I called from my cell but it was impossible to hold a conversation at the door standing next to the very loud and busy street. If your web site had noted the procedure(which I checked before my visit) it would ve gone much easier. I do however appreciate the great lengths you re going to so your staff and customers are safe!

Dr. Poling always listens, she doesn t rush me through my visits. She is very understanding. I have heard her take add ons, or tell someone to bring their pet in when there was an emergency. I have called on a Saturday afternoon was able to bring my pup in for same day service. Even if the situation doesnt have the brightest outlook theres something reassuring about Dr. Poling and her calm, kind demeanor

I brought our 3 dogs in for nails. Due to my husband s health issues and coronavirus they were neglected. I specifically explained the pugs nails were going into their pads and to please pay extra attention to them. When I was able to examine them when I got home, the pugs nails were NOT clear of their pads and the dewclaws on one weren t even touched. We love Avon Animal Clinic but paying $53 and not having the task not completed is disappointing.

Considering the current situation with the world, I must say that our visit was fast and efficient and kept in line with social distancing protocol. Well done.

The staff has been awesome. Was a little upset when I called 2x one of the office staff advised they could trim my dog nails gave me price qoute when I called to pay my bill before my dog came in that s when I was informed they couldn t. I understand with the virus going on,but dont qoute and say you can and then cant. But other than that the staff is awesome and his shots were fast and less stressful for my dog. Thank you again and I hope everyone stays healthy.
