We had our first appointment for our new dog and the staff was so helpful and caring!

Brought my dog in for a grooming appointment for the first time and wasn t told at the time I made my appointment over the phone that you d need proof of his vaccinations. I should have known, from previous groomers I have used, but I didn t think of it. Took some scrambling to get his rabies certificate and then 2 more vaccines were needed that I didn t know about. Also, he wasn t groomed well between his toes and the bottoms of his feet, which are important because he has 3 legs and slides around and loses his balance when the pads of his feet get covered in hair. Otherwise, his haircut looked great and I was happy to be able to get him groomed there after my regular groomer told me they could no longer groom him due to his heart condition.

Not allowed in office. Appointments limited. Had to go in as an urgent care. Fiona has skin condition that could not wait 2 weeks for medication. Although I have complete trust in dr. Poling, do not like being separated from my pet while being examined. This pandemic, and rules are out of control. No fault of clinic. Do not understand star rating system.

It’s difficult to complete the survey due to the new protocol of not being able to accompany our pets during the appointment.

I was very happy with the care my puppy was given. With the whole coronavirus going on and not being able to go in with my dog (Koda) I felt very comfortable handing him over to the ladies who were very kind and gave me much information.
