Long wait to be seen but quick and efficient once seen

Was not inside facility so I don’t know and that is why the 3 stars. Looking forward to being back in during exam time.

Please open office for pet and owner visit. Do not like the separation. Conducting transactions on the sidewalk and at time s in bad weather. High traffic area.

I have always had very positive visits with this animal clinic. I wouldn’t go to another!!

These crazy times have made the personal touch the thing we miss the most from the staff. Hopefully things will be better soon so we can all get back to normal! Looking forward to seeing you all soon..

Some of the questions didn’t apply due to Covid restrictions. The appointment was easy to get and the process was organized. The phone lines rang busy but animals were going in and coming out so it was easy to see why. Vetrinarian responded in a timely fashion.

I paid a ton extra for stuff I was already doing and didn’t even get any after care instructions and it’s still super infected and I called to make sure he had rabies shot and turns out he had it already and you guys could have just told me that and that you wouldn’t be giving him another one even and charged me $300 for it! Not going to lie, salfy af and not likely ever coming back. There is another vet just as close, I’ll make sure they get my business next time I need something.

Dr. Poling is a superb vet. She genuinely cares about the animals and took extra time explaining ways to help my older dog. We have been seeing her for years and I always recommend her to others. I have liked the way the office has handled Covid procedures also.

It appears that another Vet. should be added. I have noticed a change since the last time I brought my pet in for a visit. Short staffing is never good for anyone ! I was charged a 35.00 fee for an urgent care visit for an appointment a week later. I didn’t care for this. I like my Vet. but, I may have to consider going elsewhere.

I called to schedule an appointment and normally get in within a few days but it was 3 weeks to schedule an appointment. I am not sure why we cannot come in with our pet since everyone is required to wear masks. Especially if we have been vaccinated. The doctor did explain everything to my husband and was very informative but we wish we could have come in with our pet.

I put one star on the office being clean because I didn’t go in so I don’t have an opinion on that... I do wish it wasn’t as expensive though or there was some type of program that you can make payments or something

I wanted to be in the room with Peaches when she got her nails trimmed and that was not an option.

great job-- only complaint is it took 2 weeks to have ear infection treated.

Jessica was so helpful to me. I talked with her when I made the appt and she met me outside to take Spike in. I explained how stressed he gets from car rides and going inside anywhere (his mom gets stressed for him) and sometimes has diarrhea.Well, he did great!! Thank you all so much !!!
