Such a great vet clinic. All the staff are amazing! Kind and caring. We live 45mins away (there are much closer vets for us) but the drive is so worth it. Their prices are great and they really do care about your pet and don’t make you feel bad if your can’t afford something - they work with you for other alternatives ?? They go the extra mile for their clients. Thank you!

This is my regular vet, although I live 45 minutes away. I have be ignored and insulted at Athabasca vet when I asked for an emergency call. At Westlock. great service and excellent staff that care./

First thing I noticed was the bright and spacious area, which felt very welcoming. All of the staff were super friendly and most importantly, very patient. Every step of my dog’s surgery was explained and my questions answered before and after. The front end staff were very accommodating with follow up appointments times, because I live out of town, it took a bit of time with scheduling. The only thing I would have liked is that because my dog had TPLO surgery, it would have been nice to have been shown and possibly assisted me in doing the post op exercises (just to make sure I know how to do them properly). I know there are videos and lots of info regarding this but this is so important that I feel (for me) it would have been beneficial. Definitely, not a criticism, just a personal preference. Overall an amazing place

I went in after hour’s emergency The vet (Taylor) was so empathetic,helpful and did everything that she could to solve our medical emergency.Westlock Veterinary has taken care of our dogs for 16 years.We now have very senior dogs and are basically in “plaintive care” I have never had a bad experience with the staff at this office.Thank you

I only wish I could have called prior to 830 am because of length of my drive. But this was not a huge issue. Sven was AMAZING! He answered all of my questions took the time needed to explain and thoroughly examine my horse. I have found my equine vet for the future

My cat went in to be neutered. We were very well treated, explanations were given of what to expect. The whole experience was encouraging and kind. I am glad that the Westlock Clinic is here to serve our community!

Dr Pohl was excellent. He explained everything very well. It was a terrible after hours call and unfortunately we were unable to save our Ginger. Dr Pohl made the experience as good as it could be. He was knowledgeable and kind and understanding of our grief. He also cared about Gingers comfort and a painless passing. Thank you

Everything was fine but I wasn’t there our friends took our little Simon in but I am glad with the results thank you.

I was so happy with the care both of my kitties received:) i did notice that one of them did not have her nails trimmed at her spay appointment, but the surgery itself was great and was well communicated. Thank you for taking good care of them!
