I just moved to Westlock and haven t been to your office yet as we are still settling in, so when my dog had an emergency I was so happy that you have a emergency drop off and that you got my dog in immediately and a doctor seen her and treated her in less than an hour and also was very nice that they gave her her yearly vaccinations at the same time because she was behind in getting them. I was so pleased at how the emergency staff came out and talked and then the doctor came out and explained everything. Thank-you for everything and taking such good care of her.

Thank you all so much for the wonderful care you have given Luna. We are so happy with all the services you provide including the wonderful customer service provided upon arrival. We wish we were closer to you but it is well worth the drive.

Just a quick comment on the text that is sent out to prior to pet surgery. It is sent out a few days ahead which is great but one question is when did you last feed your pet. Not sure it matters when I feed my pet 4-5 days before the surgery lol

The female vet we were with was very patient, kind and caring. She answered all of our questions and assured our concerns were met. My dog has never been happy to visit the vet but sure loved her!

My cat acted totally out of character for her (in a bad way), like a 2 year old having a serious meltdown and they acted so nonchalant about the whole thing. Thank you for letting her have her meltdown and still treating her with respect.

My only concern, given that we live out of town, is that I had to bring my puppy in the day before and therefore I specifically asked if staff would be on duty overnight. I was given to understand there would be staff present, but on arrival learned this was not the case. Obviously there was a miscommunication - either the staff member did not understand my question or I did not understand their response. Apart from that, the service was wonderful, everything went well and your clinic deserves the good reputation we had heard.

The staff are amazing and try very hard to accommodate everyone and their schedules. They are wonderful with our dog and I recommend them to everyone.

The staff at Westlock are always so welcoming. I feel like I belong when I walk in the door. I drive the extra distance just because of the way I am made to feel and the authentic care given by the vet

Im so thankful that even though i hadn t made a appointment, they were very accommodating and got my cat, who had a abscess by his ear that was very bad in and fixed up within 2 hours.
