Very professional. I brought in my cat with behavioural troubles, the vet we had(Tanis) was amazing with listening, trouble shooting and recommended treatment moving forward.

I really appreciate the time and attention Dr. Sven provided to us and our young horse during his pre-purchase exam, as well as the time he took to contact the buyer and discuss findings. His assessment facilitated our successful sale and we re excited to have our horse travel to North Carolina this weekend! Additionally, Carissa was great in walking us through the process for acquiring the lab paperwork required to cross the boarder. We d highly recommend the team at Westlock Vet to anyone requiring emergency or routine assistance on their equine pals! Thanks to everyone!

I would like to thank all for letting us come in and taking a look at our beloved Vali. We wanted a 2nd opinion and those thoughts echoed my initial given diagnosis in Athabasca, but was explained more clearly, with compassion and outcomes IF we went another route and how much more expensive it would be and explained that he might not make it through a surgery. Our options were given, put on the table and we were told what to expect. My husband also got to hear the same thing, and although it’s hard, has been able to accept our decision. As much as I wanted to keep him forever, I got peace of mind and came to terms that I could not fix him this time and we need to let him go. I appreciate the patience, time, compassion and thoughtful explanation while I was a blubbering, sobbing pet mom. Highly recommended your facility! Thank you so much!
