Every visit I am so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of all the staff. It is a friendly and welcoming environment. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you for everything you do there and for making a our visit a pleasant experience.

There was a discrepancy with information given over a previous phone call and information given on arrival. This was pertaining to pickup time and the length of time to wear the collar. Wondered if some anti- infection medication should have been given.

I am SO grateful for the amazing staff/vets/techs etc at this clinic… from the front desk to in the exam rooms, care in the back etc. you all make an incredible impact on your clients and it does not go unappreciated. Thank you for all you do.

Was our first time visiting with Daisy and were we very pleased with the clinic and staff. Everything was explained to us and we know what to expect moving forward with surgery. Thank you for caring about our babies!

From the moment Roxy and I came in there was a greeter who immediately took us to the weigh scale and during that time someone else made sure we were looked after. This was a Monday morning and there were a lot of emergency pets there but through all that all the team was cheery and helpful to everyone I saw Dr Melissa was terrific with Roxy and checked everything The front desk were super friendly and Roxy and I were in and out I very efficiently Well done team Westlock vet clinic

I take my kitties here because this vet is the best of the best. The veterinarians here make you feel like they genuinely care about you and your animals, and they take their time with you. I ve never felt pushed to make any medical decision either, which is a nice change of pace from other vets. When I found out my cat had diabetes, they were so good with explaining things to me - and also encourage you to call later if you have more questions. I d never go anywhere else! 6 stars!
