I was surprised at the cost

We’ve been going here for 4 years and had to wait for days to be seen but the service was great and Doctor Carmen was amazing. Came back 2 days later and again wonderful service.

I have always loved and appreciated the time and the care Dr. Heywood has always given to seeing my two other pets at a different practice and when I recently found her here and was able to bring in a lost dog that has now become part of our family, and she still gave all her time to get Whistle treated, I just knew we found our forever Dr again for all our pets. Super happy with everyone here. From front desk staff, the vet techs, and even seeing other customers leaving happy. It’s just a wonderful feeling atmosphere. ??

I have been taking my animals here as long as I can remember. This is a lovely, clean place. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable.

the exam rooms were too warm , my pet was panting the entire time . The young lady who lead me and my pet to the exam room wasn t very personable and struck me as cool and aloof .

My overall experience was good. My issue is that you have made teeth cleaning unaffordable. I don t like your new system of pricing for teeth cleaning. I will go elsewhere from now on.

I did not enter the building as I am over 60 and have an autoimmune condition, and was concerned because not all staff were masked during our COVID-19 pandemic. Tech took Wally in to see Dr. Heywood, and then tech and Dr. Heywood spent time with us outside.

Everything was great. Everyone was very friendly and caring. We love bringing our Girls there for anything they need (even though they usually are not thrilled to be there). Thank you for everything.
