After just leaving we received a call our meds were there. . We came back later and we’re given one box and told only one box was there. We had to come back again to get the second box. Not ideal...

I paid three office visits, total over $120 just to walk in the door. I feel as if I was penalized for having multiple dogs. They were all seen together.

The staff were patient and took time explaining the post surgery care, the pills, and billing. They all made me feel comfortable and reassuring that if I got home and had questions I could call. Then the following day after surgery they called to check on Penny. This made me feel that they are caring and concerned about my Penny. Excellent and welcoming.

Front desk staff could be more friendly, smile and act happy to be there and happy to help you. They were helpful but just didn’t seem happy to be there.

I would like to give big thanks to Andrea Rupp a previous employee. She showed us how to hold Truffles to put eye drops in his eyes before surgery without getting bitten over and over again.

I ve only had 1 visit and will be back on the up coming Monday with My Border Collie Harley Jo. Dr. Hayward is very professional and friendly and caring as is LeAnn her assistant! I ve never felt more welcome! And then Dr. Hayward did a follow up call about our first visit and to work with and set a plan for our Bianca! That just blew my mind! I was so surprised when she called.. Now that s customer care right there! Thank you Dr, Hayward and LeAnn ! See you soon!! I will definitely recommend y all ! Thanks Again!!

Great staff, great everything! No complaints

I hadn’t seen this particular doctor before (sorry I don’t remember the name, but female). She and the aid really explained things well and addressed my concerns. Thank you! My pricing concern was the cost to trim nails. So many vets do that with no charge as quality customer service for their customers. The price has gone up excessively since I have been using your service. For just a little bit more, I can get a professional full bath. Just my thoughts.

Dr. Shawn is the best! He takes time to address any concerns and shows all of my animals the love and respect they want and deserve. I highly recommend Best Friends Animal Hospital!
