The cost of a general health and wellness exam at your clinic is excessive. I brought in 2 orphaned kittens for vaccines and wanted to get an opinion about their age and gender. I was charged $42 per kitten and they weren t even old enough for the vaccines. I was impressed to receive a call from the Veterinarian, however, I feel this is partly what I paid for. The front office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, I would ve been fine to just speak with them for this type of appointment. Although I sincerely liked your clinic and the staff, I could never afford to bring my own pets there. I do hope you consider adjusting your prices, especially for general appointments/vaccines. Even having a litter price for exams would help your customers.
