I was real pleased with the service

Went to 3 different Vet clinics before a co-worker told me about Best Friends. I had a great experience at your clinic with everything, just what I was looking for, and I wish someone would have recommended your clinic a long time ago!

Staff and Veterinarians have always very easy to work with and helpful.

It was very expensive. I felt that it was overpriced. The service was good.

This was my first ever experience with a vet’s office, as this is our first ever pet. The front office staff was very helpful, friendly and kind. They answered all of my questions prior to the surgery. That was fine and much appreciated. I was expecting more interaction with the vet though, and more direct discussion about how the procedure went. In fact, to my knowledge, I never met the vet at all or had any interaction with anyone involved with the surgery performed or the care of our new cat. It felt really impersonal. Just drop off your pet, wait, then pay and pick up your pet. Much like dry-cleaning. With no basis for comparison, I don’t know if this is standard veterinary care but it was a little off putting. I would’ve appreciated a warmer atmosphere for our first visit. Still, I’m pleased, and our little cat is doing great, and I’m thankful for the quick attention and care we received.

Great staff Very professional

The reception/desk staff is welcoming and efficient and communicative. This visit we were seen very quickly and we were in the office for less than 20 minutes. Less stress for the dog and all of us too when it works like that. I got a call back the very next day regarding results of blood work which was appreciated too.

We were scheduled with another veterinarian, but when we were seen, it was thw veterinarian that was familiar wirh me and my canine. That made the whole entire experience....exceptional. TY Dr.Haywood and team.

Love Best Friends Animal Hospital. Friendly staff, exceptionally clean and the rooms are very spacious. The veterinarians are always friendly & listen to your concerns. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Best Friends is a great clinic. Staff are always friendly and helpful and I ve not met a Vet I didn t like and could tell they actually listened and cared for Bogart. I do have to say however that as a retiree and on a limited budget, it s getting more and more expensive...that being said, Bogart will always get whatever he needs.
