EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!!! VERY polite and helpful staff. This Vet s office is highly recommended. We have been taking our dogs there for a number of years and have always been very satisfied.

It took a little longer to get service this time, but it was late in the day. We love your doctors and the staff are always courteous and know our names.

I called in the morning to say that my dog, Lulu, seemed to be feeling bad and the office was very helpful. They got us in for an appointment within 30 minutes and even let me wait in the car while Lulu was being examined, as I was dog sitting for a friend that day. The vet called me and updated me on Lulu s condition and even followed up by phone the next day to check on her.

Walk-ins are always a little long — but the two hour wait was worth it to see Dr Crocker!

I did not go in to the facilities this time. The staff quickly came to my vehicle to get my dog and promptly brought him back to me when the examination was complete. I was very happy with the service as usual.

the tech was wonderful. She loved Polo, and he responded to her. And the staff has been very helpful over the phone, as we and Polo adjust to each other.

I ranked 4/5 on the time due to me being seen 20 min past the scheduled time. However, it was compensated by staff coming up to me and pre filling out paperwork and took my pet to the back to do whatever was necessary before we went into a room. I’m super happy with the overall experience and really like the staff!

This was our first time visiting Oak Forest Veterinary Hospital and we were very pleased with the welcome we received, the friendliness of the staff and the kindness of Dr. Schaack. Dr. Schaack never rushed us and wanted to learn all about our pet. We are so pleased we were referred to this practice and look forward to bringing our dog in for future services and care.
