Staff was very attentive, friendly, and prompt. Our technician Karly was absolutely fabulous - very sweet, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr Nelson was patient and kind, and thorough with her explanations. I appreciated the information I was given regarding pet care in general. Check out was quick and efficient. Costs seemed appropriate/fair. My only observation is the office itself could use a little updating. I will definitely recommend this practice!!

We have had such a good experience with this vet team. Plenty of staff, friendly and efficient, good to our pups and through. We had our last vet for 8yrs and had I realized that the costly vet bills and bad processes were not the norm I would have made the switch so much sooner.

Staff is always so friendly and accommodating even on busy days. Sarah behind the front desk always remembers our dogs names and checks in on them and it makes us feel special. Dr. Crocker does a great job at explaining treatment options and recommendations. Even when we came on a busy day, we still felt like we received the best service!

This was our first visit to Oak Forest Vet Hospital since Dr Upton retired. Dr Upton was McKinley’s vet for 15 years and many previous pets as well. Our anxiety was dealt with very compassionately and competently. Thank you, Adrian, Laura and Dr Crocker.

Dr. Moore and her staff are amazing! On top of Piper thinking they are all her best friends already makes for a great experience, and the fact that Dr. Moore and her staff are friendly and prompt, is the icing on the cake. Wouldn t trade them for the world!

Scheduling was so easy and the staff were wonderful!

I have yet to enter the building due to my cat getting stuck under the car seat but the interaction between the staff has been pleasant and I let them know my cat was stuck under the car seat and one the ladies told me maybe it’s best I comeback next time with an appointment so we don’t stress him out. The lady was very patient and took me serious.
