not sure how to make it possible, but it would be less stressful especially for sick and elderly pets if the waiting room was not so packed and that overflow of clients did not spill into little back hallway exit

Now that summer is here especially, it would be nice not to have to sit outside and melt. I know this comment is fraught with danger but if we could go back to sitting inside and not sweating, that would be big positive change

Everyone was great! The Vet and both Vet techs I worked with were fantastic, friendly, and very informative. They went above and beyond to love on my pets and help me get them and the food I purchased into my car.

We were pleased that Lucy could be seen so promptly! She was handled with great care and Dr. Schaack and all the staff were kind and competent.

Front desk staff, Dr. Crocker and her tech were awesome as always!

The tech Michelle was amazing. Informative and friendly. I liked the way she interacted with my dog and tried to make him more comfortable.

It would be good to have someone available after hours or to be able to leave a message or email you after hours. Our dog Mandy is no longer showing improvement and the only option is to call an ER. It s a terrible feeling to not have someone to give you advice over the weekend.

I always love taking Ruffles here. They are so good with him and everyone seems to k ow him which is lovely.

My dog loves going to the vet....everyone is so friendly to him-he thinks they are all his pals!

I waited in the car so I couldn’t comment, but every time I have been in, it was always super clean and comfortable.

From receptionists greeting to vet tech & vet communication to check out, I always have a positive experience at OFVH. Especially love Dr. Moore who s been caring for my fur babies for 9 years - I m always confident than my animals and I are in good hands.

Very happy both Kanuashi and I could meet with the vet face to face. We wll be back shortly to get her vaccinations upto date.

It was great to be back inside! The new phone system was being set up, so that was going on, but everything was great. Thankful for you guys and how you have walked out this tough season. All that going out to calls...must have been exhausting, but it was great for the patients.

I love bringing my pet to this pet hospital. Thank you all for being sweet and caring to not only our pets but us as well. We appreciate all the hard work yall put into helping our pets.

As anew family to any practice, I always appreciate having the vet share a brief introduction of their background: how long with this practice/clinic, where they studied and graduated form, any area of specialty, etc. It helps me to feel more at ease and confident in starting with a new practice/vet. I did ask a few questions and the Vet was gracious and kind. Most of all I was overjoyed to be allowed in the examination room with my pets after so long of not being allowed too. Thank you!
