All around fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I called to schedule an appointment. The Vet and Tech were very knowledgeable and kept my dog at ease during the exam and annual shots.

I was very satisfied and pleased with this follow up visit for McKinley’s long-standing problem with two ulcerated skin tag masses. A fellow customer even helped me get McKinley out of the car. We were a little early for the appointment but we were seen promptly nonetheless less. Surgery was agreed upon and scheduled efficiently. Thank you for your patience with my anxiety over my very senior Golden Retriever.

The wait to be called back was too long. It was frustrating seeing patients arrive after we did and all of them being called back before us. We did see a brand new vet and from our understanding it was one of her first days if not her first and that was likely the reason for the long wait. Speaking of Dr. Lane, it was obvious it was her first day(s) as she didn’t seem confident in her answers and at one point provided one answer and then came back later with a different one. Although Dr. Lane was very sweet we are just not comfortable enough continuing with her for our new puppy’s care. The front staff and vets’ assistants were awesome! They are all friendly and provided great service!

I never like not being able to get in to my regular vet. You get use to one who knows about your pet, especially if the pet has medical issues, but Dr. Moore is great! (I have used her before when my regular vet was booked or off.) She listened to me and took her time to explain. Dr. Moore even called the next day to see how my pet was doing! Thank you!

The entire staff has been fantastic every interaction I’ve had from reception to techs to vets. In particular Dr. Crocker and Dr. Schaack have been extremely conscientious and clearly care about Lannie and her well-being. Abby was also particularly great with Lannie and helped her stay calm in our visits.

This was the best walk-in vet experience I’ve ever had. It didn’t feel rushed at all; everyone took their time examining my dog and providing information from the allergies he was presenting with to information about his diet. Thank you all for taking care of my guy, he’s doing so well after starting the medicine we were given.
