We love y’all and we have never been disappointed with your services or prices for over a decade and counting. That being said… the visitation rooms are insanely dusty and not very sanitary. We don’t mind that the tech put cheese on the scale wall in order to calm our pup to check her weight, but we aren’t sure if that room has been sanitized after every visit. And even if the scale is sanitized, there’s dust from five years ago all over the shelves. Easy item to fix. Only offering this advice since the survey was sent to us. We would never shame you on social media or Google.

Oak Forest Veterinary Hospital never disappoints...even my pup enjoys his visits!!!

Nellie is reactive with other dogs and very nervous around new people. The staff did great with making her feel comfortable and was asking for kisses and belly rubs by the end of the appointment. Thank you so much for making the visit a positive experience for Nellie.

I recently transferred to Oak Forest Veterinary Hospital from Garden Oaks Veterinary Clinic, where my previous dog was a client for over 6 years (he died in Jan). We now have a new dog, and I have been very impressed with OFVH so far. The staff, the vets, and the online scheduling is great. Things feel more organized than GOVC and more customer friendly. The only positive for GOVC is that their facility is a little newer and feels a bit more updated (at least in the exam rooms and lobby). This isn t a big deal to me, as my dog doesn t care :) I prefer the service and care given to my dog by Dr. Lane and the various techs that have helped me.
