I was satisfied with my visit

The Rugby Veterinary Service team are very friendly and helpful. They showed a lot of caring and kindness for myself and my pet. I would recommend them to anyone.

was in a hurry, had to leave stubby with you while i went to therapy , dog was ready and waiting an hour later after i was finished at the hospital.

Thank you for taking such good care of my dog during her surgery. The vet tech was wonderful and thoroughly explained why the risks were minimal and how she would be closely monitored during surgery (I was nervous about the sedation). Dr. Legasse, the only doctor I personally saw on a previous visit, also has a wonderful bedside manner and treated my dogs with care and compassion. The only suggestion I have is that the front desk people be more friendly and cheerful. The reception I received was a bit tepid on both visits, and I m not sure why. I didn t feel like our visit was as warmly welcomed as it could have been. Again, thank you for taking good care of my dogs on both of our visits.

Our dog had a reaction to the shots and was very sore and lethargic the next few days. Called the vet on call who was helpful. Service was good. Just need a little more variety for dog food since our dog is limited on what she can eat. Staff was great.
