I love the consistency of Rugby Vet Clinic. Even if I just bring my dog in and weigh him, they make a note of it in his records. Each appt. usually includes seeing the vet, checking vitals, and etc. I feel that my beloved pet is well taken care of and covered head to toe! Thank you Rugby Vet!

The vet staff was very nice. The receptionists at the desk seemed a little crabby though. They just didn’t seem very Friendly or welcoming. Maybe just a bad day? They weren’t rude or anything just didn’t seem to smile. Idk maybe it was just me, but that is how I felt. Perhaps they were just busy.

When my fur babies are not well it is very emotional. RVS was very compassionate, courteous and knowledgeable. I love the service and the people there. Thank you for taking such great care of Abby!

The Rugby Vet clinic treats their four-footed and two-footed patients. They take into account the emotions of the owners just as much as the health of the pet. OUTSTANDING! I will use no other vet!

Staff who helped me did not seem really friendly. She did not smile and picked my dog up to take him back with out stopping for me to say goodbye. Other staff seemed nice.

I was totally satisfied with the whole situation of my little emergency, the staff was more then accommodating and understanding and explained everything so I could understand the issue with our pet.
