the lady at the desk could be a lot more friendly. I started out with you from the start. you have always treated me like a good friend. I miss that, your husband and your self have been to our home. and we have done business with you for over 15yrs. the lady with the wavey hair is all bussines not friendly. if there were a lot of people I could understand but there was 1 other person there. no smile. the girl that helped me with my pups and the vet were very nice and smiled. thx

We appreciate the care and services we receive from everyone at Rugby Veterinary Services. Dr. Gullickson always takes time to answer questions, share her knowledge and listen to concerns. Our dogs all love her, which makes exams much easier and less stressful. We have had occasion to use all 3 Vets and each has provided compassionate and professional service. The front desk gals are always on the ball and very welcoming when you arrive.

A great Veterinary clinic/hospital. They are very proactive and do a great job in keeping our pets healthy. They have the equipment and knowledge to diagnose even the stubborn health problems. We appreciate their thoughtfulness and friendly manner and their prices are reasonable also.
