Front desk secretary could be more attentive to her customers. She is too quiet and needs to interact with the people more. Otherwise,my experience was wonderful.

Dr. Grad-Vossler has always done a great job caring for both of my dogs. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. The facility is always clean and not over priced. Thank you for having a great veterinary office that not only I enjoy coming to but my dog does too.

Amazing staff! They made me feel very welcome as it was our first time there. They also said if I ever have any emergencies, don t hesitate to call at any time, which was extremely reassuring. I was impressed that they complimented our current local vet that was unable to attend to our pet that morning. They obviously collaborate with her and that was also reassuring! :) Very impressed with their professionalism and care!

Through the years Rugby Veterinary has always provided me with excellent service. This year I traveled 240 miles back to the area for my pet s final visit, OK maybe not her final visit because I tell myself if she needs further services, the miles traveled are so worth the excellence! Dr Lagasse was very thorough and passionate with his examination. He explained the upcoming surgery he will be preforming on our dog in great depth and we feel very comfortable with our dogs future.
