I have and always will bring my fur babies to the Rugby Vet. Even though I live in Bottineau, and the one up here is more convenient, Rugby will always be my number one choice. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they actually take care of my babies and treat them with love and respect, :)

My cat came back n to be neutered. We left his carrier with you along with his pet bed. When I got him in the car I noticed a bad smell. The smell turned out to be the fact that he had been going to the bathroom in his carrier. I was disturbed by this. It made me think he’d been locked in helix carrier the entire time without access to a liter box.

The staff IS AMAZING! I appreciate everyone’s hard work and dedication. Each and every one of the staff members showed compassion and took great care of Shadow! Dr. Lagasse is amazing ! We are so pleased with the staff and level of care we get when we are bringing our furry family members there to be treated ir fir a checkups. It is very thoughtful to let us know how our animals are doing if there is a surgery and also appreciate the next day call checking to see how our pet is doing!

They did a wonderful job on my 18 month old puppies nails. I m very pleased. The appointment included shots and a well check. We were taken care of quickly but in a friendly manner and they addressed all of our questions.

Front desk lady. Tall and skinny front desk lady was very abrupt and rude when on the phone scheduling. Poor customer service behavior. Rest of visit was awesome.
