I don t have an answer for the cleanliness of facilities. We did not go inside and my puppy doesn t speak English to let me know what she thought. :) Great experience though!

Even with covid it was a very pleasant experience. They were very warm and professional, everyone wore masks, and all questions were answered without feeling rushed. This was our first time and we would definitely use them again! A++ service

As always the staff was friendly and helpful. They always manage to squeeze me in no matter when I call. Their care and concern for Molly is appreciated and welcomed.

I really appreciate Dr.Lawler seeing Nya so quickly and being able to get her into surgery the next day. I will definitely be back with my other dogs. I felt confident that she would do everything she could to help Nya. I recently moved to Lincoln City and found it impossible to get an appointment here and tried this vet in Newport and was very pleased. I would recommend Dr. Lawler and her staff.

We were traveling and had a psuedo-emergency. The staff was very accommodating.

As always everything was great. It was nice to meet Dr. Lawler. We look forward to getting the food order in from Chewy. Hopefully they like their new diet and drop some pounds.

I marked five stars on everything based on past visits due to not being able to go in the clinic. Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.

We were only there for vaccinations. The tech offered to bring the shots outside so I could hold my dog while she did the shots instead of taking her inside. I thought that was very considerate and super easy to do since we did not need to see the doctor.

Not able to go in. Would much prefer to be with my pet during the examination!

I was very pleased with the appointment. They took good care of my dog.

I kinda wish I was given less pain meds for Keely. As is I ll have leftovers long after she is gone. #10 would have been plenty and cheaper. Loved everything else about the visit!

I m happy I had the procedure done, I do feel it was a bit of a bait and switch. I was quoted a price that ended up being more than double, even tho I questioned it before the surgery was even done. I m just happy my dog is doing ok and seems to be feeling better.
