Simply amazing- the staff, the doctor- the experience was as always- 5 star!! Where other clinics are closed, they always make time for my kiddos!!

I was given a 310 slot on Wednesday which isn t that great for me, and no one asked if another day or time would be better. Maybe I have no choice, but I d rather Tuesday in general as I come to town then.

I was very happy with Dr. Parker, I really felt like she took the time to talk to me with out my feeling like we were rushing.

I was surprised that the staff coming out to our cars were not wearing masks. I am high-risk for COVID-19 and would have been more comfortable if they had. They tried to maintain a distance but it wasn t always possible to be at least 6 . Otherwise the visit was fine.

Thank you so much! Dr. Parker, Stewart and Bobby were so knowledgeable, compassionate and attentive even in the very difficult circumstances of treating pets amid a pandemic. My cat has made a full recovery, and is back to yelling at birds through the window and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dr. Parker! I’ll enthusiastically recommend your practice to anyone needing vet services.

As we can’t go into the office I’m only assuming it’s facilities we are clean as ever. Current virus scare makes the whole veterinary appt weird. However, despite the protocols, the care & treatment from tech to vet is still among the most caring. Dr Kim goes out of her way to explain and/or answer concerns.

Not sure how to fill out survey but we give you 5* all around. We don t have cell phone but that turned out not to be an issue. Hazel is doing fine.

Everyone at the clinic has been welcoming and caring. Newport Veterinary Hospital has been wonderful for both well puppy and emergency visits. I will always recommend them to others.

During these pandemic times the staff has been very helpful. Appts and exams were done with professionalism.

With the present situation of Covid19, I’m very appreciative of how everything was handled. The day was cool and very rainy and the women that we dealt with came to the car, including the vet herself. They never rushed and made sure we understood. I felt bad for them getting soaked but so appreciated them as well. Thank you all.
