I wish I had been consulted about some things first instead of technicians assuming an answer from me and making decisions based on what they assumed. I wanted my pets to have vaccines, and it was decided without my knowledge that they wouldn t get them. By the time I asked at the end of the appointment if they had received them, I was informed that it might be too much for my pets at that point and to schedule another appointment.

I ran late for my appointment and called to say I would be 5-6 minutes late. I called 16 minutes before my appointment and was put on hold. We were disconnected on the drive. When I had reception again and it was safe I called back and was again put on hold. It was two minutes to my scheduled appointment time. I was on hold until two minutes after my appointment time. I was told I was a no show and would have to reschedule. At six minutes after my appointment time I pulled into the lot as I was meeting my husband there anyway and I let my dog out to potty. You did not teach me a lesson by rescheduling me. I am unhappy with the customer service and feel mistreated. As someone who is rarely late I appreciate timeliness and have to assume that you feel slighted and mistreated by my tardiness. It is noted the level of value that is placed on us as customers to turn us away for this digression. It was a five minute technician appointment.

Absolutely awesome! They always get us in , give a full explanation of what my animal needs in a direct, no nonsense manner- and most importantly- they value my hard earned money and time. We were sad to see Dr. Parker leave, but have fallen in love with Dr. Lawler! My furry baby’s are happy and healthy thanks to everyone at the clinic!

No approval or choice of treatment plans was offered/discussed at all before my credit card was charged. Wrong amounts and wrong medications were dispensed and it was difficult to resolve with the clinic staff. It was a disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I only gave three stars on last question because I was not allowed in due to the COVID-19 restrictions. Overall service was good, staff was friendly and informative answered all questions and was thorough in explaining their procedures. I did not like the veterinary doctor... she made me feel like shit... and was just rude... the nurse I talked with was great... ps not everyone has money to take care of their pet right away... so do not judge me... I am single mom with 3 kids I do it alone... my pet is just as important...

My kitty stopped eating and had blood in her stool. You fit us in the same day and diagnosed a kidney infection. The antibiotic you gave her cleared it up and she is back to her old self. I thought I was losing her. Thank you!

The facilities were clean as best I could tell. The veteranian, Rita Lawler, did not address all the issues I requested for an office vist. She was also very unprofessional and treated me as if I was stupid. The previous vet I had at this clinic was very professional and understanding, especially when having to put an animal down. I m contemplating taking my business elsewhere, even if I have to drive out of town to get vet care. I might suggest finding a compassionate and caring vet as opposed to a judgemental vet whose best asset is to demean her clients.
