Very Professional and knowledgeable!!!

you gave me a # for a discount, then we get there and you say we can t use it we are less than 3 miles from the county line, you had our file we should of been told at the time we made the app. that you wouldn t honor it, it was an expense that I wasn t counting on.

It seems I was given a full discount on all the medications I was given. It is very appreciated considering covid.

Because of Covid, did not go into building but the alternative with the pet going in and being seen and then the provider coming out to discuss findings worked well although of course, was time-consuming. I am so happy that my cats got the exam and the immunizations they needed. I feel that your clinic rose to the challenge and succeeded very well. Thank you.

We were lucky to have chosen your clinic. Our Spumoni had taken the blood pressure medicine of one of our other dogs, twice Spumoni’s weight. Dr. Parker was outside. She told me to call to have her assistant come outside and get information. Spumoni was taken in shortly after and Dr. Parker came outside and spoke with us for a good amount of time. We are so happy with our experience and Spumoni is fine. And no charge cuz it was Spumoni’s first time there, even though it was an emergency visit!

We were from out of town and they worked us in for an exam on our Maltese, Niles. He wasn’t using back leg and in pain. Dr. parker examined him and came out to car to talk with us. She was very caring and discussed with us a course of action and Provided pain meds. Highly recommend such caring service for an out of town scared pet owner. Thank you Newport Vet Dr. Parker and team.

I got mixed messages about drop off times 3 different Times were given. I have never met the vet but this time it was because of Covid-19 so I couldn’t answer that question in survey

Last question is not applicable as we waited in the car. Have not seen the inside of the facility due to COVID19

I was not prepared ahead of time for the billing. I was able to pay, but surprised at how expensive the visit was. Next time I will have to ask first.

Kimberli Parker is an excellent veterinarian. She combines her expertise with compassion and sensitivity. I am very meticulous in choosing healthcare providers for my pets as well as humans and she is one of the best I have known. Very well respected in her profession. Although this visit gave us an ugly diagnosis/prognosis she handled it with grace and compassion. Thank you Dr Parker.

They are very professional they re very considerate about your animal in my case it was my dog and they took care of her very well and I appreciate it and they did a follow-up call back and they make sure everything was okay and I really appreciate this company veterinarian

Due to the pandemic, I was unable to see the inside of the veterinary clinic. I received excellent care and service for my little dog Paula.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

This veterinary office is awesome!! You guys were super polite and helpful. Any questions I had were answered and I never felt dumb for asking them. Definitely looking forward to making this place our only vet that we go to! :)
