I truly wish the vet visits were more affordable. I want my animals to be well cared for but these medical expenses make it difficult for me financially.

I was a little confused about a medication. Apparently you were out of it. But never heard back.

Love Dr Parker. She listens well and takes my opinion regarding my dog into consideration.

I don’t think it’s very pleasant to come in to get basic needs met and have the staff try to upsell to me. I really felt like I’d taken my car in to a jiffy-lube. All I wanted was what I asked for. The gal even went as far as adding random stuff onto the bill that I’d previously declined... The vet tech wasn’t pleasant or friendly enough to smile or even talk nicely to our pet. I won’t return.

Really liked the vet, we hope to keep her as our pets primary. Wait was too long, with no where to sit. Meds were pretty high.

your care and concern for my dog, kuki, and my parent s cat, sabrina, was so appreciated. dr. ken was able to diagnose kuki with her allergy problem and tested sabrina and found out she was very sick. she had cancer and was in pain and much discomfort. dr. ken put sabrina to sleep and my parents brought her home.

Thank you for getting Dr Parker to be Bluefish s vet. We love her and everyone else. He is doing great and growing up so fast. He eats all of his food. He s sleeping with me at night and he lays between my feet while I m sitting at my desk.

One receptionist, don t know her name. She needs to less rude and more welcoming. She seems to always be sitting at the right computer when I m standing there. I even asked someone why she acted that way. But Tontos my cat, loves going there and loves the techs and doctor. PLEASE do not use my name on the negative comment.

The tiny exam rooms get really hot. My pet is already nervous after waiting 15-20 mins so going into a tiny hot room increases discomfort. This visit when an exam room became vacant (and my pet was the only one waiting to be seen), the receptionist was on the phone so while we continued to wait I nudged to exam room door open so it could cool off before we got closed in there. As soon as the receptionist got off the phone she went into the exam room from the other side and SLAMMED the door loudly. Gee whiz! What did it hurt if the door was open? And if I was that cranky at work, I’d give myself a time out before being so rude to a customer. (She’s often rude though, maybe she doesn’t like working with ‘the public’?)

Keep doing what you are doing! You have a very nice clinic.
