Even though I had to wait for xrays, I had the option of leaving my pet. The staff was all very friendly. I was one of the last appointments, and no one made me feel I was rushed. Thank you for your kindness

I was told my dogs spay would be 50 dollars we had a code from humane to help and she needed her rabies shot I paid 140 body disposal isnt included in the spay, medication wasnt included in the spay, we were told it was, and my sweet lovey constantly kissing everyone was deemed aggressive so that was a extra 40 dollars its extra if you live outside Lincoln county which we do. And unlike most places they dont include the Elizabethan cone that was extra. Not impressed. My dogs sutures are bumpy and uneven and under the skin (we dont have to get them removed which is fine) but scar isnt going to be smooth

We had a great experience with the receptionist, the tech, and the Vet. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.

I almost changed vets. As wonderful as Dr. Kim and the vet techs were my first two visits, the two women at the front desk were equally rude and unprofessional. Neither of them would look up to say hello or Good Morning to me when Senna and I walked in, both visits. The same two front desk women acted as if it were a bother for them to be taking my payments. Not sure where you found Bobby, he has exemplary customer service skills. We will be back.

My dog is old, incontinent, blind and deaf. During the visit she defecated in her doggie diaper. It leaked twice and the vet assist. attended to her with dignity and love. Thank you. I was impressed.
