Everything was great! I feel the vet tech and the vet took a good amount of time with us and explained every aspect of the surgery and the recovery. Price was reasonable and follow up was appreciated. Will be back.

Five stars for getting me in so quickly. Five stars for the rest. You all took very good care of me and my dog. No suggestions except maybe new paint! But the care was excellent.

We love Dr. Parker and so do all of our cats! She is so caring and gentle. The best.

Kimber, Mira, and especially Dr. Kimberlie Parker were caring, knowledgeable, informative. My pet cat, Sheba, was responsive to their care and I felt like she received the best healthcare possible. The Vets are good, The office staff was rude and very inconsiderate I had been a long time good paying customer, the office manager denied me service the first time I called because she had labeled me a non paying customer when they were taking payments out of my bank account for a puppy plan I was up to date on payments as I worked out the plan with the owner and made all PAYMENTS it was so humiliating to be denied service when I called when it was her mistake, she did nothing but threaten me when I had worked things out with Dr. Genova after several calls I finally was able to get our puppy the last set of shots and when I came in she was again rude to me, I will let friends in the pet community know about my experience with the office staff,and I will never go back ever. the staff is a disgrace to the pet community.

I feel that the fees are too high. I know it takes a lot of education, staff, etc. to maintain your practice, but compared to human medical care this is much more expensive. We older people love our pets just as much as anyone, perhaps more, because they fill a desperate loneliness to those of us who have lost our spouses. However, our income is very limited & it can create a financial hardship to give our pets the love & care that they deserve & that we want for them.

My cat had a complete exam, but none of the new information was transfered to my paperwork (exam notes,rabies cert.). At least the rabies cert. should have the new accurate information.

It s very unfortunate that someone has broken the trust. But I m a small business owner my credibility is great. But if you were able to do a case by case situation for payment would be very helpful. I was with Grove for years and because I had both of my pets seen by them I would make 200. A month payment s? That would be very nice

After the exam the Dr. left for at least 10 min. I thought she was coming back with medical materials for a skin scraping for analysis of a spot on my dog. Just as I was about to ask the front desk concerning the situation, the assistant came in to discuss the charge for the procedure. I was annoyed not being informed about the wait in advance or what I was waiting for.

I m not sure that my choices worked, but I gave you 5 stars in every category. Puppy came home and the next day after his surgery seemed good as new! Will recommend your facility often!
