Thank you for helping Brandy with the raccoon bites emergency. She is slowly recovering. I am so grateful to have Dr. Parker as our vet. I am also going to do a presentation to the Newport City Council requesting a feeding restriction ordnance on 8/20.

I was very scared about my Kitty not feeling well, and she received the most compassionate care. I felt well cared for too. Guess when your beloved pet is ill and you are coming to see a new staff, there is a bit of anxiety. Well, thanks to the staff and Dr. Ken, both Smudge and I feel better....especially Smudge. We came in thinking our puppy was choking on something in her throat as she was coughing a lot and throwing up small amounts of foamy fluid Dr said nothing in her throat and that she likely sniffed up some sand on the beach and gave her a shot and pills for the cough. He never asked about out her dogs she was with or if she had been boarded recently never mentioned Kennel cough as a possibility although the pills were for that. We found out later that our sons dogs both developed Kennel cough at the same time EXACT SAME SYMPTOMS

We aren’t regular customers and were from out of town and just dropped in with a sick dog. We found everybody to be fantastic. The vet has an incredible ability to calm down a sick puppy and the entire staff was first class. If we lived in Newport this would be our regular vet for sure.

Thank you for you awesome assistance with helping keep the cat population under control. Even though most o the cats I ve brought to you to be neutered or spayed have been ferrel, you seem to have treated them with the same care you would a well loved pet. I also appreciate your assistance with carrying heavy live traps or cumbersome cat carriers to my car.

I know you have your set procedures but I would have liked to be there for the draining of Picasso s cheek. Other than the antibiotics given me would a good jump-start injection while at the office have been a good idea? That said, the staff were very caring, Picasso and I thank you....Ray Pedrick
