Our visit was great with Dr Kim Parker as usual she is amazing! AND we genuinely appreciated the bubbly kind vet technicians (I’m sorry I do not remember both of your names.) The visit was all excellent, five stars ! The front desk staff and the Vet s assistant were friendly, and efficient. Dr. Parker was excellent as always. She has a great way with pets. My cat, Sheba , was very well taken care of and I highly recommend anyone who wants their pet to receive excellent care , go to Newport vet. Hospital.

This was w wonderful first visit. My timid dog really liked Dr. Parker, and she sat down on the floor and really took time to chat and connect with both me and my dog. Great experience. Only suggestion is that if you leave client to just get a shot and are not able to return for 10-15 minutes, please pop in to explain something came up or that patient wasn’t forgotten. But overall, a great visit and happy to have switched vets!

You always run out of my dogs size of the flea medicine Bravecto I Have to make a special trip more than once sometimes three times to get it. Even asking to hold it hasn’t worked. Please as the weather is changing it really would be nice for you guys to have enough in stock.
