Staff always friendly and caring

We were a drop in patient during the COVD 19 pandemic. We were impress with the procedures in place and the ease in which we got our dog seen. The staff were efficient, effective, and friendly. The doctor phone conference was thorough and helpful. We became a fan of the Newport Veterinary Hospital

Awesome staff and service

We had an emergency on a Saturday morning. Hours online said open at 730. So we drove there. Then found out they open at 730 but no vet until 1015. To me that is not helpful to be open and not have a vet there. Luckily our puppy was able to be stabilized with Benadryl by us and We were seen after vet arrived and they were able to help us thank goodness. Staff was very Helpful and caring.

I waited far too long in a small room with two dogs. I was charge way to much for a very simple exam for two dogs that took all of 10 min + nail trim and anal glands .... I was sticker shocked... almost $200

I always know if I take my dogs to you they will be taken care of as if they were your dogs. That s why I switched veterinarians to you.

I don t have any suggestions that will make your service any better, its excellent. Everybody is personable,efficient and shows much interest and gives non-medical advice when asked. I call that excellent service. The doctors (I ve seen 3) have always taken their time with me and Weather, especially spending as much time as it takes to examine Weather. They and the staff treats us with respect, treating, explaining and giving useful advice and suggestions on how to do what is necessary for Weather s after care treatment. So, I give them all an A+ for their wonderful service and treatment of me and Weather!
