The care and concern for my pet and what Dr. Singh and staff did to help me with the medication issue for my Daisy was amazing I remain forever grateful to all

We usually go to a vet in North Park nearer our home, but we needed to stop in for an emergency visit because we were out hiking near the area and our dog had something lodged in his throat. I was so happy to see a place with great reviews that was open after 5 pm on Saturday, and the whole experience really exceeded my expectations. Thank you for getting us in last minute and for helping our pup! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Everyone was super friendly! Our vet tech was very knowledgeable and I truly appreciated her advice on vaccines! Felt like my kitten was very well taken care of and is in the right hands.

I love your new office! The only constructive feedback that I can give is that with the large lobby voices echo. My dog is very skiddish and was scared to be there. When the people at the front desk talk it would help if they talked in a lower voice as to not echo and would help keep pets like mine more at ease. Thank you for all the great care.

Dog had surgery; five teeth pulled. Vet didn’t even talk to me afterwards so I could ask questions. I still don’t know which teeth were pulled, if they got all the roots, etc. have follow up scheduled so I hope I see the vet then unless they just take my dog to the back again. I’m trying to remain open since I’m a new customer, but there are so many differences from prior Vet hospital.

I cannot thank the doctors and vet tech, Dori, for all the care and attention they provided to our very sick dog Dottie. They made us comfortable throughout the entire process. Explained next steps thoroughly and honestly. Under the serious circumstances, we could not have had a better care team. Thank you to everyone who took the time to visit and give our precious little girl love and attention when we were not with her. I have always valued the attentiveness and friendliness of this facility.

My dog came in for a teeth cleaning and they look amazing now!

First visit, tried to get in for months but not taking new patients. Visit was 2 1/2 hours which seemed excessive. I’m used to Vet examining pet in the room with me so I could see checking ears, joints, heart, etc. I asked to check ears but I’m not sure what was done other than this and heart. Vet tech very knowledgeable and informative (Torrey) and the girls up front very nice. Vet genuinely seemed to care about my dogs teeth. I’m excited I was able to finally get the in as there are several great reviews.

Looking forward to having a vet we can trust and count on.

It’s frustrating making an appointment and being early and consistently being seen late. I know emergencies happen but we are seen very late as a norm.

I was told I would receive a call the next day (sat) to report lab results and I did not receive a call. Sun is closed so no results. I didn’t get any feedback from the vet on if he felt any bladder issues or other concerns with my cats. I am disappointed with the service this time around as my first experience with the new location.

I love this place and I am grateful for the wonderful staff. I drive two hours because I entrust Mast with my pets. I recommend you to everyone I know who needs a vet and let them know the two hour drive is well worth it. Thank you.

I waited 30 minutes on the phone to check in for my appointment and then another hour after that for my pet to be taken in to be seen.

The curbside service was great. I didn t see the doctor but her vaccination and claw trim went very well.

It was our first time here and went smoothly. Will come back.
