I had to wait 25 minutes for my dog to be seen. It would be nice if someone would have called me or text me that you were running late.

I never saw a vet. The dog goes in the offices with an assistance and she later comes back with a bill. According to staff they are waiting to move to a new location and short on staff. Recommend /advised that pet might need medication later if there a flare up.

Waited over 40 mins no one even saw my dog. Very upsetting.

Just kinda bummed paying for an exam and not even a few mins with the doctor, just had to wait in the parking lot and deal with the assistant. She was super cool. But still. Makes me wonder if the vet even saw him?

I called to make an appt for my pet Thursday and spoke to the front desk (I forgot her name) and she was less than pleasant. So rude. Basically arguing with me and not explaining things thoroughly etc. so i brush it aside and I make my appt for Sunday afternoon. I got a call Friday that there was a cancellation at 2:30 so I grabbed that appt time. When I got there at 2:25 and called the front to let them know we were there, the same girl who I made the original appt with answered and was like yah we don’t have you for an appt today. I explained I got a phone call telling me that there was a cancellation and I had taken my lunch to be here. She said we can “accommodate you” and see you today but I can’t tell you how long it will take. First of all, you guys were the ones to call me and ask me to come today so I re-arranged my schedule to be here and now your just going to “accommodate” me. That was the most unnecessary response. I explained once again the situation and how I had to take time off of work to be here and I cant just sit here and wait to be seen. You guys called me to come in at this time and that agreement needs to be met. I ended up being seen shortly after 2:30 and that was all fine but I’m less than satisfied. The customer service since covid, has drastically gone down. I was beyond disappointed at the treatment from the front desk. Definitely makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

When they brought me out my dog, Her whole poop area,was covered in Poop.They acted like nothing could be done. Thank God I had a towel in the car because all they offered me were some baby wipes. Very disappointed after all the good reviews I ve read.

I started coming here with my 2 dogs during covid. The only thing I would change is to be able to come in with them. I also can not wait for you to move over by smart and final. Parking will be so much better.

Yes everything was fine. I did not make another appointment because I did not want to pay another $540 for the x-rays . She seems to be better now. I changed her food and she is eating again. Yes she is older and slowing down but she was having a hard time breathing and she was coughing and not eating. That is why I made the appointment. Those symptoms are now gone. It is too bad that you cannot talk to a doctor before or after the exam and ask questions. I think she is okay for now not 100% but she is almost back to normal and happy. I love everyone there. Most fees are reasonable for except for the spay and neuter costs for felines. I have to take my new kitten elsewhere to be able to afford the surgery.
