Dori was super welcoming and communicated with me the whole time to keep me up to date with my dogs care, and was extremely through when providing me with at home care instructions. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’m happy to say that my dog LOVES coming here to the vet! They treat my girl with such love and compassion. She’s been here from anything from a ear infection to eye surgery. I haven’t had an issue that these folks can’t tackle. Great vet

I was really worried after Kitty had a seizure- her first one- and was so grateful for Dr Singh to be able to see her later in the day. He is such a knowledgeable competent and kind veterinarian! The whole team is wonderful and I would not want to go anyplace else. I completely trust the doctor and the girls are so sweet to my babies!

Excellent experience

I have been a customer for many years and I will tell you trying different veterinarians this must be the best. The staff is always friendly, considerate. Despite being super busy sometimes they do show kindness towards your situation and they see very many pets and they understand they’re just like family. I hope they’re here for a long time. Obviously they are not miracle makers but I would not trust any other firm to take care of my personal family pets . Whatever you’re doing keep it up because your staff is always very considerate and professional and very knowledgeable.

As far as the Vet question, we didn t see the Vet due to Covid protocols. Which I do appreciate. But over all I do enjoy the care my puppy loves gets at Mast Blvd!

Due to their upcoming move to a new location, pawrents are not permitted to accompany their furry family member during appointments. Our dog needed a booster shot, but hasn’t been seen in a year so was told an examination was required. Our dog was in there less than 15 minutes for the exam and shot. We were charged the exam fee, but NO INFORMATION was provided by the tech or vet. Is she healthy? Any concerns? I shouldn’t have to ask. That info should be provided before being checked out. This vet is getting too busy and the decline in service shows. Every time I call, I am placed on hold for an extended period of time. Please get more help so families get their money’s worth when patronizing your business.

It was my first time here and dory took care of us and she was amazing !!! I also saw some other staff come outside to take a dog in that had passed away. They seem to deal with it so sensitivity and respectfully. The Vet came to speak with me and ask if I had any questions. He was very kind and great communication and suggestions for me. Thank you!!!!

The hold time on the phone to make an appointment was very long but well worth the wait for my pet to be seen by great staff.

Wait time on the phone was too long and wait time in car too long. Would have preferred to wait outside. Also would like to come into the exam with my pet.

I had asked the price of the cleaning when I made the appointment, and specifically asked if she needed lab work before the appointment, then when I arrived for the appointment was presented with a long list of additional optional items. I specified I wamyed the fluids and they weren t given. The service has gone down since I first started going there.

You know, my kitten died after a routine neuter. I m absolutely heartbroken over it- and maybe was just a fluke that it happened but it still happened

Overdue for Rabies shot and they were able to get our dog in same day with no problem. Friendliest staff of any vet I ve been to.
