Would love/need to be in the exam room with our dog. Too many questions and unknowns. Plus the new parking lot is mixed in with a grocery store. My dog coming out of surgery should not have to walk through traffic. Your greeting says there has been a staffing issue since November. There should be a solution put in place since then. My husband almost missed a meeting because they were so late to our appointment. Had to reschedule the vet appointment to the afternoon. Made it very difficult to coordinate pick up for our poor pup. Frustrated and disappointed.

Waiting time after checking in was about an hour after my appointment time. Otherwise I was happy with my service and the attention of detail for my dog!!

Dr Singh is and has been our vet for well I think its been 20 years. Our daughters went to school together and all though we all have a choice of vets, I can honestly say that Mast Pet Hospital has been there for us thru many fury family members from simple to complex issues. They show genuine care for your family. I wish them luck in their new location.

I had an appointment but was told there was no record of it even after showing the confirmation email I received from your office. I was kept waiting an extremely long time and told they’d try and fit me it. I had an appointment and should not have been kept waiting after proving my appointment. Your error should not become my problem. Next time that happens I will take my pets elsewhere.

Didn’t get to go inside and starting at a new vet office it didn’t make me feel at easy to just pass off my dog to strangers. I don’t know what happened while he was in the exam room, and when the vet called me in my car to go over service provided/needed it was clear he had little to no idea why I brought my dog in. Probably will be looking for a new vet after his LEPTO booster where I will be able to stay with my pet and communicate directly with vets so I can better trust the treatment my pet is receiving. Everyone was generally friendly though, the wait wasn’t long, and the cost seemed about average for serviced “received”

We would just like to say a huge thank you to Dr. Singh and his staff for taking really good care of our dog Mocha. Wasn’t sure if he was going to make it. So relieved that Mocha turned around. Can’t thank you guys enough for doing what u guys do best which is taking great care of our beloved pet Mocha!??

We love Mast Blvd.! The entire team, from the Vet techs, to the vets themselves are amazing. We never worry when we have to bring our beloved Molly there since we know she ll be in good hands.

Whether on the phone or in person, the staff are exceptionally patient, concerned and caring. That s really hard to pull off when you have some hysterical pet parent ranting at you. As a recently hysterical pet parent, I am very grateful for the way the staff handled my crisis.

I called with a time sensitive need for my pet and they were very understanding and got me in quick. I can not thank them enough for their flexibility and how amazing they are with my dog.

I’ve taken all three of my labs to Mast Pet and even though I don’t get to go in I feel very confident with all the people I’ve met there. I think I’ve met all the veterinarians and they are all so wonderful and explain everything so well. Thank you for taking great care of my doggies. My dogs and cat are like my babies and I wholeheartedly trust everyone at Mast Pet.

Considering I had an emergency situation on a Saturday morning and my pet was not a regular patient here, the kindness and attention we received was amazing & deeply appreciated. I m looking forward to taking my pet here from now on, despite a 20plus year relationship with our previous vet.

Love that you have moved to a bigger location. Only concern is the amount of traffic in the parking lot and foot traffic from folks going in the grocery store and students from the local high-school for dogs whose behavior is challenged by that sort of surrounding. Also,my rating on some in some of the categories is not a true evaluation as you are still in the process of moving in. For example I was not inside and wait time was impacted with your current relocation situation. We have always trusted and appreciated the care you give. Thankful for having our pups under your caring eyes.

I’ve used your services with all my pets. No complaints but… If customers aren’t allowed in office… when they call to make an appointment make sure they are aware of the procedure due to COVID. AND make sure they are aware the location has changed.
