I have been to this office before and seeing different doctors but this time I saw a new one and I had brought my dog in after not been to the vet for two years because of Covid and he looked at my dog for about one maybe two minutes and left

I love the beautiful new office - it’s easy to navigate with my vet-phobic dog! ?? I always get the best service - you guys are always very accommodating about getting us in for a visit when we need one! Dr S and Dr T are both awesome, knowledgeable and patient with me and my pup. All the girls in the office are super friendly and efficient. We love you guys! ??

We went to Mast Blvd. Hospital because of the weekend hours. The technician was wonderful and took time with our anxious dog. But the vet did not want to see her unless sedated. We chose to see our regular vet on the following business day.

I brought Sherly in for an initial visit as that I had just adopted her, check on her vaccinations so that I could get her tags her shots were up to date but found out that the humane society does not accept rabies vaccinations from Mexico

This was our second visit to your office. I feel like the first time the doctor was very kind, patient caring and this time he was absolutely the opposite. He seemed annoyed, barely let me speak and I left feeling like a terrible pet parent. He just seem completely annoyed with my dog and the situation.
