Thank you for getting my baby in and fixed up! Dr Singh was thorough and attempted noninvasive treatments multiples times before opting for surgery in order to make sure surgery was a last resort since she is an older girl. Many thanks!

Unfortunately since expanding this facility has lost it’s family-oriented service feeling I know many customers greatly appreciated. We have been taking our dogs here for over ten years and unfortunately will be switching based on recent customer service experiences alone. Waited almost 30 minutes past our appointment time and many workers/techs up front just chatting the entire time with each other with what seemed like zero sense of urgency whatsoever. After working in customer service for many years, even if there is organization and a schedule on the back end, a business must always think about a customer’s impression. Tech that came to get our dog didn’t even know what shots he was scheduled for or should be receiving and when being checked out the front desk gal stated the amount due without offering to explain/summarize the charges. Again, all small items that add up that truly made this office what it used to be and unfortunately is no longer. We will be looking for a new vet office based on this interaction alone. Absolutely fantastic doctors and have always treated us above and beyond. If only they had that type of team that surrounded them still.

Everyone was so nice and Dr. Singh was such a patient and sweet man with my dog balto. He was really the best doctor and I appreciate his help because he helped my dog with his allergies and I swear he stopped immediately from licking his paws as soon as he got the shot and meds

I have been coming to Mast Blvd Pet Hospital for many years. The staff and Dr s are always friendly and very helpful. The ONLY negative comment I have is the Vet Hospital needs to be open on Sunday again. Many of us work and the weekends are the only times I have to get appointments. Other than that, I would give this Vet office a 5 STAR rating.

Appointment was quick and easy. Scheduling was simple. I really enjoy coming to this office.

We switched Vets to go to Mast Blvd Pet Clinic because we felt a sense of compassion with everyone. We drive all the way from Eastlake.

The tech forgot to give me Archie s medicine for his ears, I had to come back.I could hear Archie howling in the back during treatment, not cool. The tech seems incompetent and unprofessional. Dr. Singh is fine. I m disappointed

Very pleased with the love and care that was given to our pet at our recent visit. Appointment services were also positive from the moment I called with a need to come in. Thankful for this team of hard working professionals.

Affordable care is really needed. I appreciated getting in in a timely manner. The new office is beautiful and everyone was do friendly. But still, for a simple ear infection it was still $250? It got lessened when I complained but still $217. How about $50 for exam and $20 for the ointment?

My girls did well after dental work. I like your new facility and the girls are friendly and professional.
