The doctor is great and my actual appointment was efficient, but I had actually made an appointment for the previous Saturday (9am but I was told to arrive at 8:40am because I had an appointment after). I even received the confirmation email saying 8:40am. When I arrived I was met with confusion and told that the doctor wouldn’t arrive until 11am and that my appointment was for 9:40am. None of this made sense and was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I had to reschedule and come back. Not ideal to screw up a Saturday morning.

Great Veterinarian, Dr. Orr was very helpful, patient and answered all my questions and explained everything, concerning my dog, very clearly. Will definitely make this my primary Vet!

I would suggest that if you receive a call please tend to the person in store first. Sometimes we just need to check in our pets and continue to our other commitments. Apart from that excellent service always.

I enjoyed everything about my visit except the wait times . There is a waiting time for everything. I had an appointment and had to wait in the room for 40 minutes just to see the doctor.

When my dog’s anal temperature was taken the technician did something incorrectly that cause my dog to scream/Yelp and jump. He goes to yearly wellness visits and sometimes midyear visits because we go hiking and We had never had that problem before. Subsequently he was unable to receive treatment because he was severely agitated and upset. We have been to 7 different vets (due to my travels) and we always have had a positive experience. this was the first time that my dog actually was unable to be treated

There seems to be a disconnect between the information/instructions given to the front desk personnel and the information which is actually noted in the record or work order. For instance, before bringing in my rescued cat, I called beforehand to make sure I could bring him in. The attendant who took my call took down all the information of what I wanted done, every detail, even the cat s name. 30 minutes later I arrived at the hospital, and the person at the front desk (a different person) could not find any information at all. I had to give all the info all over again. I requested a complete workup on the cat, to include bloodwork, sterilization, nail trim, check for parasites, earmites, but ESPECIALLY fleas. I emphasized the fact that the cat has been sleeping in bushes and empty lots and was dirty and always scratching. I suspected flea infestation and I requested the cat be bathed. Today I was called by the tech, asking permission to do the bloodwork because the cat was going to be sterilized this afternoon. I asked if the cat would also be bathed while under anesthesia, but she said no because Alex already left. She said there was no indication in the work order that I requested a bath or flea check, when that was one of my main reasons for bringing the cat in in the first place! It was a very frustrating moment.

The offices smell and are terribly disorganized- even the waiting area smells really bad and the product shelves are dirty and messy. Dr. Orr is wonderful and caring.

Dr. Castro is a wonderful vet. We just moved to Puerto Rico and are so happy we found him!
