The office is very dated & not very clean. It was piled with bags of pet food which was not put away. The only reason we go there is because it was a short walk from home. We boarded our dog there once & when we picked iher up early she was filthy.

Suggestion: In the case of older pets ( grouchy cats) that need to be sedated to be groomed, you should find a way that he not need to be without food or water for more than 14 hours (from midnight day before to 2PM next day when the vet on duty is available for the administration of the sedative. Older cats are specially suceptible to such long periods of starvation. Maybe, if one knowns that the cat is going to be handled after 2PM, you should recommend leaving him without foor or water since 6-8AM that same morning.
