When I arrived I had not been able to put my cat in its carrier and although I was nervous about how I was going to be able to manage it . Luckily Miss Marínel was very helpful and without hesitation she came in the car and grabbed him and managed it quite well. I was very relieved to have received her help. She was very pleasant and helpful . Thank you Marinel.

Me molesto un poco cuando me cobraron porque me añadieron un cargo viejo sin avisarme. Solo me entere cuando me llego la factura por email. Cuando cobren algo no pertinente a la cita actual deberia ser notificado.

I love the condado veterinary clinic, but was shocked to received a new Dr in the office. Wish this was notified when scheduling the visit. I like that the Dr. recommends procedure but don t like feeling pushed on making a decision at that time.

Everyone is very nice. However, just to pick up dog from grooming (prepaid) was 52 minutes. There is a major bottleneck on efficiency with administration… Making appointments, and checking in or out for payment.
