Though these questions are well rated, I was very unsatisfied with the way the service was provided. I was the first customer in the morning, arriving promptly at 8:30 am. I was there for your grooming service and also one of the dogs needed her vaccines. Since I was the first person there, I called at noon, I called at 3:00 and I called at 5:00 to inquire if the dogs had been groomed. I was very surprised that it was necessary to have the dogs in a kennel all day to ne groomed after I got there at 8:30 am. The dogs were not given to me until after 6:00 pm which I find unacceptable for this type of service. I would suggest a couple of things: Provide the owner with an expected time to pick up the pets or set the correct expectation when you re the first person in the office. Thanks

My dog was in boarding and when I picked him up eventhough they said that they bathe him, but he was not. I need to coordinate a bath for him.
